Can someone remind Tinubu his promise during his campaign about ending estimated billings in Nigeria? Because I don't know what is happening anymore concerning his silence over that particular promise or has he joined the political elites that benefit from estimated billings just like in subsidy?

Nothing is happening where I am. Where you are could be metered but very impossible for 80% to be metered in 2 years across the nation. I mean, you need to educate us on what is happening and how exactly it's happening that will result to that your estimate.
