Lol you are an idiot, and you go cry taya. I understand Kenya at the moment has nothing serious going on for her. Pls wait till 2030 when your economy will be more stable. It’s our season now 😂😂😂

The 33-storey LeonardoBySujimoto is designed to be the tallest residential building in Nigeria and its outstanding finishing is set to be done by the Sujimoto group with a touch of luxury in every inch.

The 2, 3, 4 bed apartments and the 5 bed triplex penthouse will comprise utmost luxurious features competing with only the best buildings globally.
Continue cheating yourself. Kenya has buildings of 20+ floors under construction than what Nigeria will ever imagine.

such design is only available in some selected city in Nigeria. That is a country of about 200 million people with 36 State and capital including fct.

Nigeria should be full of mega city. By population , Ghana is a little more than lagos and yet she can compete with Nigeria kind of development.
Lmao boy pls 😂😂😂

Nigerians doesn't even know what's a skyscraper. If you hear them abusing Ghanaians about skyscraper you might think they are the country with most skyscrapers in Africa.

If any Nigerian shows me more than one skyscraper in Nigeria I'll deactivate my account.

Lmao keep wailing boy. I love to see it. I visited Nairobi on skyscraper city several and even the Kenyans there are complaining that they aren’t much project coming on stream to talk about ,compared to what tit use to get before. I have read a couple of your real estate report for this year abd they all keep talking about how kenya real estate is down at the moment and would most likely pick up and experience a boom in 2030.
The only projects y’all are still talking about are the last batch of project that came on stream during Kenyatta’s tenure(mostly 2021 -early 2022). Every other thing else in kenya is dead. Go cry somewhere else bro. Your zoo have run out and of luck . Pray you even build a stretch of road this year 😂😂

Stop lying to yourself Abuja Central Bank can't be the largest in Africa, unless you are trying to say CBK is not in Africa.
Another Hoodlum. This small scrap bank that can't even stand the Lagos Central Bank.

Are you sure about that? Lagos has Alaro city and Eko Atlantic under construction. Banana Island is there with towers under construction and Famfa oil just commissioned their 103m building in Ikoyi. I think Lagos alone can give Kenya a good match in terms of upcoming highrises although Kenya may still win slightly.

Abuja would have also shared highrise investments with Lagos but Abuja wasn't planned from the start to entertain so many highrises.

You want to compare an 11 floor building with a twin tower of 30 floors and 27 floors? Are you mad or?😂😂🤣

Eko Atlantic with five buildings which started construction in 2010? Alarm city buildings are not even up to 5 floors.

When completed it will be the largest Central Bank Headoffice in West Africa 💪

Ghana is gradually positioning itself as the Top tier country in West Africa.

In West Africa

-Top Tier Airport

-Best Internet
-Fastest fixed broadband
-Best democracy
-Second most peaceful and hospitable
-Good security
-Best Schools

what about their height?

ProblemChild1:
Apply to the Governor through his Personal Assistant stating why you want his audience. How many departments does the CBN have? The Central Bank of Nigeria is made up of seventeen departments. This alone should tell you how large the Bank is.
Again...below par thinking

The building height and floor size is what matters

How large is it? don't be deceived by this picture.

And it's a common 11 floor tower Central bank

The largest and tallest Central Bank building in Nigeria is the one in Lagos not this small one in Abuja
you're wasting your time with someone who doesn't know much about his country

Transcorp hotel is luxurious world class hotel that host dignitaries from all over the world. It’s more luxurious than anything in Ghana.

You are a Ghanaian so I don’t expect you to know class and luxury when you see one. You are use to your mediocrity.

Your 2700 ugly estate room is inconsequential, something I can tolerate from Kenyans, but Ghanaians, NO WAY!!!!.. How do I begin to even discuss luxury with you, like Ghanaians aren’t acquainted with this things unless they travel out. Abeg make i hear word.
Let's see who knows class

I've slept in transcorp before and slept in some luxurious hotels all around the world and I can tell you for a fact that transcorp needs a lot of renovation and it current state is not even deserving of a 3 start hotel.

You ghanaians don't have common shame. Ghana should be the most developed country in Africa with her small landmass, Gold, cocoa, oil and gas. But look at Ghana today. A complete shithole. Accra is not even fit to call a city sef.
Ghana does not have a small land mass. GHANA is bigger than south east and south west Nigeria combined together . You will need to learn more on geography.

Natural resources don't developed a nation of so Nigeria should be africa super power ,just Behind Congo

I don't even know how to begin address this your post. Accra is called a village from most random observers not just Nigerians has you implied. It is called a village not just because of lack of skyscrapers but other factors. Like having too many expanse of land in between buildings in your CBD. Buildings in CBD whether skyscrapers or not are mostly compacted showing you the value of lands. It is in villages were lands aren't at premium value you can have one building and hectares of lamd around it before the next building. And yes of course dwarf can be beautiful, if it isn't juxtaposed with slums like Ghana. Lastly stop giving the earthquake excuse for lack of skyscrapers in Accra. They are moderate heights buildings like you have in elsewhere if well arranged can be a good substitute for lack of skyscrapers.
I must confess you lack what a mega metropolis should be . The need for high rise building is based on population expansion , Accra just the size of lagos state is having a population that is not even up to one / fourth of lagos population and you are demanding for high rise building as if it is the only yardstick for development success .

You forget the main project that are even way more expensive to build , the likes of fly over , the mega city round about , expansion of large roads etc. All this alone should tell you only lagos can compare Accra in the whole Nigeria when it comes to this very basic factor.

GHANA new bank with 26 floors is about 250 million dollars more expensive than many Fourty floors elsewhere . It is not by height but other basic factors when you look deeper.

This is an height been built in accra that was abandoned for not following the basic guidelines of Accra . You can just built in accra , you built with permission , we don't want to have houses that falls within a short time like lagos .

GHANA abandoned hight project ask to stopped .
