First of all, who else was around this day oct 28, some years ago when they said world will end . ...that particular day around 7pm, weather became strange & stormy rainy wind started blowing and we all thought it was over. Religious people came out on the streets, waiting for their saviour to descend from heaven

My concern about what's going on in Christ Embassy is that y'all should watch your loved ones before they start selling off their things and refusing to take other actions in life, cos it's going to end up in mass suicide!

Why should any person be bothered about rapture??

I thought they said it will happen in 2027?

We should all be concerned but not to listen to psycho and fraudulent preachers!

Every true believer who is discerning enough should be able to tell that we live in the perilous times. But to say this and that will be the day of His appearing is a big LIE. Not even the Angels nor the Son know what day it will be.

What is key is that we guide our hearts, be like the wise virgins, keeping watch and ready for when He shall appear.

They use rapture stories to threaten their members unnecessarily ... Of what good is it for you to pretend to be good so that you can make heaven....when your soul is still hardened

Humans have been struggling to survive from the on-set of time

Christ never said he was going to appear!

If you have ever read in the bible that suggest Christ was going to appear, it was a metaphorical statement.

Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Please, this statement should not be taken for reality, It is metaphor.
It will take while for a brainwashed person to have a personal emancipation after understanding that the scripture is just a metaphor that is rightly or literally interpreted as THE POWER OR HIS RESURRECTION, not necessarily a cloud coming.

A better way to understand this thing is to look at it from this angle.
In Matthew 24, Before he was crucified, Christ was narrating the signs of his coming which was also signs of his death and resurrection to his disciples before the actual event happened in Matthew 25 and 26

I do not deny his ascension.
But his coming back in like manner those men of Galilee saw him ascending?
The two angels couldn't have start saying a thing like rapture which is out of context of all the events that happened at that moment.
What the two angels told them have been fulfilled already according to this scriptures

Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
Acts 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting

The coming of the Holy spirit is the like manner ascension of christ spoken by the two angels: and nothing more.
It was like those men of Galilee felt that christ has left them when they saw him ascending.
But the two angels assured them that he was going to come back in like manner to be with them as the holy spirit.
With that, they were encouraged to go back to Jerusalem to wait for the coming of the holy spirit.

Acts 1:5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence

So, everything happened in that generation. And it happened as a complete package and a fulfilment of prophecy

Matthew 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
