Protests in Nigeria have no effect the way these people do it. And they continue using the same strategy that has not worked since 1960. There is no need to lock them out. What they need to do is to call international media and they just hold placards and talk while the lawmakers are on session. Damage their reputation...give foreign media their names and info...and spread it round. Damage their reputation. Create steong associations and start sending petitions to foreign embassies to refuse them visas. This is how to make meaningful protests. Not these ones that ends up in violence and police will eventually beat most of them.

If nah Lagos now. THE developers will run to Arise TV and Rufai will be talking thrash.
I'm expecting Chimanda to write another letter to PUTIN about the situation in Anambra.
All.of them are busy discussing what's going on in Rivers cruxifying Wike but right there in their state they are blind to what is going on.

Autonomy nonsense. As if they can generate their own revenue. You want to be autonomous on top revenue generated mostly by the executive.

Where are u coming from? I guess you need to learn more about how the arms of governments works..
Please do not just comment check properly… they are asking for what is obtainable in an ideal country or state.

Legislature is supposed to generate revenue? I thought their duties are Law making, representation and oversight?? Didn't know they've added revenue generation to it. We learn everyday. Thank you.

There's nothing ideal about Nigeria. Issue of autonomy of the legislature is not the number one problem of this country. If they are not interested in legislating for the entire welfare of the country, let them keep quiet with the self-serving autonomy.
