Guys good evening, I have a trip coming up next month, I currently bank with GTB but because of my experience with their poor service I opened an account with Providus bank in the month of June. I have been runinng the account with no issue. I am to travel out in dec and filled the form a form using providus bank as my bank. Now my account officer is telling me they will not be able to process my request because my account is not up to 6month. What should i do, Can i cancel my pta request with Providus and make a request via GTB. Please house please advise |
