I think you're human being before Yoruba. It's wise to think like human first before tribe. Why do you need yacht in an impoverished country like Nigeria today?
Our Navy don't have a single submarine, the Army doñ't also have the capacity to quell our internal or external aggressions.
What yardstick did the presidency used to scale this exorbitant expenditure?
