Please what is the best material to be used for a kitchen table top? HDF wood or Marble? Is there a cheaper alternative that water resistant and will last longer?

If you know a good joinery person, you can use gedu. It lasts longer.

Mable stones can break quickly. Even though paper is from wood, HDF is compressed (recycled) paper, it is not water-resistant, except if you quote it with resin/epoxy.

What is the solution in that regard sir, as paint scientist

After sand paper work, the wall would have powder residue on the surface.
Using primer would bind all the rubbing powder together on the surface so that the satin is applied on a more stable surface.
This would minimize peeling.

I do use ratio 1:4

so the ratio 1:4 is one bag of cement to 4 head pan of sand or wheelbarrow, which is the right mix.

LASBCA men were actually around during the groundworks in April and they told me our cantilevered beams are impossible 😂😂 but I’ve done 3 and I’m currently on the 4th one.

I took them inside our main building to see a 20 year old 16.1m beam carrying 4 floors.

The essence of my NDT is because I’m adding a floor and I also have 2 new floors to add in the extension of the building for ancillary services.

Received a call from a client I did building estimate for months back.

He was just praising the accuracy of my estimate.

Na this kind thing dey make me happy
