What exactly did Peter Obi do as governor, here is a guy who loves to pontificate about empowering human capital, yet forgets that infrastructure is needed to aid human capital, if you don't build roads how will farmers distribute their produce . Funny thing is they hate Soludo cos he called out Obi's hypocrisy during elections.
