If we want electricity 24/7, we have to free the discos and gencos to set their price, end stealing of electricity and end bad management practices.

If you want good infrastructure, that tax to GDP better jump from the 10% it is at, plus we better diversify the economy, especially by government regulating mining for example, and incentives for mechanized farming.
