Peter Obi addressed a world press conference earlier today. At the event, he was asked to comment about the refusal of LP members in the National Assembly to reject the multibillion Naira vehicles procured for all elected NASS members. In response, he said “I have actually discussed this issue with them. Surprisingly, I heard that the vehicles are official cars. They have to use it because these vehicles are meant for official vehicles and it’s not as if it’s their vehicles. If you pay for it, you can take it but they say it’s official cars and everybody is meant to use it while you’re in the Senate”

The office of the First Lady has been existing since 1960. It will continue to exist forever irrespective of who is the president. Peter Obi funded the office of the First Lady of Anambra State when he was the governor. So, stop the hating and gave the issue of Peter Obi “surprisingly” supporting the purchase of vehicles for NASS members.
