Please my people, what over the counter drug can I get to send this pile away?
I'm really in pains, can't sit at all talk more of sitting for long, and any wrong move I make, it will start bleeding, the pain is excruciating... Please help a brother.

You are most likely suffering from a strangulated Hemorrhoid.

Practise sitz bath.

Disolve a tea spoon of table salt in about 2 litres of warm water inside a bowl. Add disinfectant like dettol. Sit in the bowl for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Do this at least 3 times a day, it will help you.

MY G, IF IT IS HEM. LET NO ONE LIE TO U. THERE MAY BE HERBAL REMEDIES BUT HOW SURE ARE U. I SUFFERD FROM THAT THING SOME MONTHS AGO, THERE IS NOTHING THEY GAVE ME I DID NOT TAKE. THE TRUTH IS. GAVE ME SOME EASE AND THEN CAME BACK WITH HARD PAINS. FINALY SOLD MY CAR FOR SURGERY IN MAY. COST ME 350K FOR EVERYTHING. AND HAVE BEEN DOING WELL. IF U HAVE MONEY, GO AND DO SUGERY SO U CAN BREATH, COS IN DE END THAT SAME AMOUNT MAY BE SPENT ON HERBS THAT WILL NOT WORK. GOODLUCK

My brother, the money isn't available right now, but then surgery would be my last resort...
I just need something to calm the pain for now.

try lemongrass drink and use as sitz bath thrice daily ,will not cure it totally but it will give you great relief ,also stop junk foods
