It's the nature of the melanated kind... Crab mentality is default. That is why you never let them know your next move, just use them as stepping stool if anybody them loose guard

But that list represents majority votes. Some individual votes may have gone to Osimhen, but only Messi, Haaland and Mbappe won majority votes.

Anyway, Osimhen was never a contender for Ballon d'Or so if Nigeria or any other African country had voted for him, it would have been a clear case of biased voting.

Thank God they voted based on OBJECTIVITY and not SENTIMENT and the best of the very best player won.

Sentiments aside, Osimhen can never win the balon dor with a club like Napoli.

Why should they? Africans and inferiority complex. How many Europeans voted for Rodri, or how many South-Americans voted for Vinicius Jr.?

The other countries do not have their nationalities on the ballot. The Sports Ministry should investigate this kind of nonsense that keeps happening even when election holds for seats on international bodies.

We luv playing the victim card in Africa. For fvk sake those journalists voted for whom dey feel deserves the Balon d'or. They did not vote along ethnic or religious line. If we want to move forward as a continent we need to b objective and remove sentiment from whatever we re doing.
