Israel will begin 4-hour pauses in military operations in Gaza each day, White House says

Israel will begin to implement four-hour pauses of military operations in areas of Northern Gaza each day, a White House spokesman said Thursday.

The pauses are meant to allow for humanitarian assistance to get into the besieged enclave and allow civilians to flee away from the fighting.

Unacceptable? Did anybody force Hamas to wake sleeping lion? Did anybody force Hamas to look for trouble? You were dancing and shouting Allah Akbar when Hamas invaded Isreal unprovoked. You did not carry placard calling UN when Hamas invaded Isreal to kill civilians and little children. Almost all Hamas that celebrated invasion of Isreal are dead already. Next time, next generation of Hamas will not go near Isreal fence again. They looked for trouble, let them be served well

The 4-hour pause is part of the strategy to achieve full annexation of the Southern Gaza.

When war is closer to you doorstep and your enemy gives you 4-hours to leave the war theater, many people will take the offer an IDF soldiers will just stroll into the area and hold it.

Next day, the advance further into Southern Gaza and offer them the same 4 hours after pocket of airstrikes.

They will still fall for it, and the IDF will hold the area. And advance again, further.

If HAMAS tries to prevent the people from leaving, they will rebel against them.
