The Saudis have made a success of their own state owned oil enterprise despite very strong opposition to the idea by neo-liberal economists...while Nigeria drove hers into the ground and fulfilled the prophecy that Nigerians are congenitally incapable of managing anything.

In 6 months time we'll take stock and see if even 1 riyal will flow from the Saudis into this black hole masquerading as a petroleum industry. Don't hold your breath.
