There was a basement found with arms under the hospital according to the video. Also Hamas is not in a single location, they are being eliminated while others keep fighting. They live among the civilian population and use civilians as body shield. It's not a simple war where you push a button and eliminate everyone, Israel has to be mindful of civilians though there are no guarantees that you can completely avoid civilian casualties

CNN is not an American propaganda network, It's a big news organization that is considered by many as liberal/moderate leaning, meaning it leans towards democrats. We all have biases, what matters is whether your bias is factual (fact-based) or not.

That being said, guess what, 66% of muslims in the US are democrats and half or more of US democrats consider themselves liberal. Not to suggest that CNN is favoring anyone, but they presented both Israel's evidence as well as Hamas claims in the report you shared.

The report also clearly stated that CNN team was shown guns and explosives beneath the hospital
