Good morning friends, I am currently in the UK and I used my UBA Prepaid USD Card on multiple transactions that failed even after I was debited. I have since contacted UBA, for more than 2 months and counting, its been back and forth. I was made to execute a dispute form twice, but it has been lingering. On their email complaints account CFC, one staff member told me to wait till January 2024 to get a refund, another said December 2023 and yet some said I wont get refunds after 120 days. My cash hanging in the balance is in excess of $500. I have also copied CBN and FCCPC too but nothing have happened. I will appreciate whatever help I can get on this lane. God bless you all. |
