The Department of Statistics is good enough to handle Data Storage in Nigeria. To have a Data bank will further increase costs of governance.

NBS was designed to handle stuffs this, rather than holding them accountable to deliver on their mandate, we going to create another agency.

What we need is a law for unifying database so we don't need BVN, NIN, FRSC, Passport, JamB WAEC Neco, etc collecting different data
