Obi came third in the just c0ncluded presidential election while Atiku came second. By 2027 atiku will be 82years meaning he w0n't be able to contest again. Do you this this will pave way for obi to gain more supporters? What if PDP choose their presidential candidate for SE, do you think most of his supporter for that region will follow him?


as for me, a political party who does not pratice grassroot politic will continue to fail. therefore obi need to go back to PDP to claim his mandate. It will be hard for non apc or pdp candidate to win a presidential election in nigeria.

Even if the constitution should give a waiver to Peter Obi to contest for third term in Anambra State governorship election 2027, he will fail woefully

If Obi decide to go back to PDP. There are people like Wike and some other members that will do all they can to make sure that he won’t get the party ticket.
As it stands now. Obi should stay put in LP because he did not have the structure to win the PDP ticket.

Atiku will still throw money about to try and claim the PDP Presidential candidacy, if the delegates can hold him off and that's a big if, then the ticket is open for a Southerner.

Obi will never be accepted back in PDP to be presidential candidate, that video has harmed his career talk less of the behaviour of IPOBidients, neither will Wike.

However this is politics, if either of them can spend and spend big, they have a chance.

If Peter Obi decides to contest any other election in Nigeria without NASS amending the electoral act and constitution to make it compulsory for INEC to transmit every polling unit election result direct from the polling unit, and any polling unit election result not uploaded 2 hours after the last person casts his or her vote at that polling unit should be canceled, then he is just wasting his time because under Tinubu's watch, election will become useless, elections will become mere ceremonial exercise to just fulfill all righteousness as INEC and Tinubu's Presidency will be the ones deciding who wins Presidential, Governorship and NASS elections starting from the last conducted elections in Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa



For election to have some credibility in Nigeria, NASS must amend the electoral act and electoral laws.


Make polling unit result upload to iREV central viewing server compulsory.


Make iREV portal result part of Nigeria's election collation process that must be consulted and compared with final collated result before a winner can be announced.



Then can go further by making our voting electronic using fingerprint authentication by encoding every voter's fingerprint into the electronic voting machine designed for every polling unit such that before the voting portal can open for you to cast your vote, you must enter your fingerprint and the machine will check if your fingerprint is registered at the polling unit and if yes, the voting portal will open for you to cast your vote.


If the voting machine fails to read your fingerprints the voting portal will not open for you to vote, it means you are not registered to vote at that polling unit.


Then at the end of the voting, the presiding officer will print the result of the polling unit from his voting machine and then snap it and upload to iREV viewing portal.

It will be difficult for obi to rig the election like he did in 2023 election so he will not come 3rd he may be 5th in 2027.

Hence Obi chance of winning 2027 election is 0.

His chances are very slim. Some southeasterners messed things up big time with their insults and attacks on some northerners and Yorubas,especially, the Yoruba elite,spiritual leaders and people who did not align with them. I voted Peter Obi but the conduct of some southeasterners leaves alot to be desired.
