There is no respite yet for the nation’s currency as the naira recorded the biggest fall in recent times exchanging for N1,105 at the Nigerian…

This Naira fall news is becoming stale to me like CDC daily news on COVID then.

If you want to stay mentally healthy, don't put Nigeria issues on your head.

God will take care of us.

I Think some idiots here on Nairaland should stop mentioning Yoruba and Hausa or Fulani, when we talk about the hardship in the country, I know many Yoruba and Northerners that did not vote for tinubu. Why bring in tribalism at the end of day u expect them to vote for an Igbo man next time abi, how stupid, some People can't even comments without bigotry.

The same people who supported Buhari while he killed this country are the same people supporting Tinubu while he buries the country.

This should tell you something

A lot of Yorubas don't support Tinubu but you have to admit that his Yoruba supporters are the most vocal on social media. Other tribes supported him too, but the way the Yoruba ones are doing it makes it seem like they're the only ones

sell those refineries and give licenses for more modular refineries and in six months, the dollar will be on its knees, we will be exporting finished products and racking in the dollar on daily basis, very foolish president and his stupid cabinets

Hahahahahah.....it amuses me the way you guys seem to think these people in power don't know what to do to fix your country.

They know what to do, they just won't do it. How will they control y'all if they make your country better?
How will they throw crumbs at y'all during elections and y'all will vote them again?

Funny people 🤣🤣🤣

We have been advising this but the leaders are hell bent to destroying the country and frustrating the citizens.

Many Nigeria citizens are very docile and hungry, weak beings that can't think with their brains

A working and fast-developing nation won't favor corrupt leaders...!

The under-development of most African nations is a thing of joy and amusement to former Colonial Masters.

Look at Security for instance... You would be naive to believe the situation in the North and East are near impossible to curtail. They know exactly how to remove those terrorists, but they won't do it. Why??! A peaceful Nigeria doesn't serve their personal interests, same as a united Nigeria.

Testing waters. They have sold this country to themselves. They hord dollars in their abandoned homes, and also hord it in places like binance and FX markets. Yet, they want everyone to understand them, that it takes time to rebuild the economy.
Nigerians, brace up, it may just be the beginning. Instead of lamenting and waiting for government to help your life which will never happen, go learn basic things that can give you dollars even if it takes 5 years to come to light. No one cares about you. No one at all, you die, you die.if country collapse they escape, you are left to ruin.
What am I even saying self?

I just pity the one's whose job is to defend this present government. The work is so difficult.

I know some people are still shouting,"I stand with this government" out of shame. It's well, continue standing until your leg break grin cheesy.

Elections are over oh, speak up now because we are now in this unfortunate situation together.
Both wailers and hailers are in this together.

Wittyness.

The President is not foolish... On the contrary, he is smart.

He is merely uninterested in the development of Nigeria... They are all there to enrich themselves and their lineage. They will merely keep giving the dumb citizens crumbs.

It's a cycle of failure and underdevelopment. It is deliberate.

Most Nigerian Politicians are not patriotic!

If he does that, how would he steal money like all his predecessors?
NNPC and the refineries are the major conduits for siphoning Nigeria's money.

And NO, he is not foolish and his cabinets are not stupid.
They are just sociopaths, like Buhari and others before him.

That is why they rigged Peter Obi out.
For someone like Obi to win presidential election in Nigeria, a coup or a revolution must happen first.
Painful truth.

I believe you.

...as beautiful as this sounds, these selfish and egocentric leaders will never think towards this direction even if they had a clue that this might be an ultimate solution to most problems we are having.

I have come to understand that cartels are the forces determining how things are being runned in this country, citizens are just ranting and it doesn't seem like they are giving up anytime soon.

This advice doesn't make sense because it assumes we have infinite crude oil to send to refineries. We don't even have enough for Dangote refinery and existing modular refineries.
