Pay what you owe and stop bitching

Lolz. Imagine a loan app saying you are qualified for 13k but sent only 7k to your account, claiming that the rest is deducted as service charge. grin

If you are not in the shoes of the borrowers, don't judge, except if you are one of the evi lenders taking advantage of the people's financial desperation.

Your advice is really good, but then, people need money to take care of some immediate needs that can't wait.

My issue with Nigerians is playing victim, and the "una no smart pass me" thing.. Lastly, mismanagement of funds. Some would take a loan to do a a big party for their grandmother's burial!!! The burial is over now, it's time to pay, but they arr running upandan.

The average Nigerians that take loans don't want to pay back, voluntarily. They will go the extra mile to find a way to avoid paying back that loan.
I don't want to mention some of the things they do, so I don't give some others ideas to do it.

It's worse because most of these online loan vendors don't have access to GSI to debit defaults account across banks. They need their money to do business! This is where CBN comes in!

If you know the volume of these japa candidates that took loans and left the country ehn... How do the loan vendors get the funds back?

In saner climes. Many of you guys who shout in saner climes have no idea how things work over there just that it works.

Let me inform you, a large percentage of people who obtain loans from apps here would never get a bank loan over there I repeat never ever.

There's a credit system there that works well, you don't have a job you're taking a loan how on earth are you going to pay back. You think loans are just dropped in your laps because you ask.

Go yo your bank and obtain a loan if you're truly credit worthy.
You don't give a loan at 60% interest rate to be paid in 7 days. They are theives! Any working class person can obtain loans in sane climes because the interest rates are sane.

i pay back my debts.

i do not take loans with the intention of not paying

i do not look for excuses to avoid paying loans

that is the difference between you and me

in all of the nonsense you continue typing, you fail to address the fact that the people you allegedly defend

[no evidence of this in you actual post history] are deadbeats

if you actually think i am a loan agent - it says a lot about your actual intelligence and the persecution complex of the irresponsible man a person who blames everyone who calls out his behavior

a person who bears no responsibility for his actions

it is always some other 'wicked' person
you made some sense in your post, but imagine a situation a loan app started threatening you a day before your due date and go on to defame you on your due date or a day overdue simply because the salary you expect to pay with was delayed

The loan apps have been around for over 3 years. No one can pretend ignorance about how they work or operate. Anyone using a loan app knows exactly what he is going in for.

Those loan organization are not honest... How do u expect to collect 45k on 100k in 30 days is the person during blood money
. Same thing happened to me, tried applying from credit box, after a long while got approved for one loan, I repaid on time only for me to get like five different loan apps from the same application sending me money that I did not solicit for, when I repaid those ones about 12 other loan apps sent me money again, had to ignore them till it enters overdue, now they are all calling me, I don't even know their names, I will pay though but I know they won't dare send me money again after this default.

The secret of loan shark is very simple.
Before you borrow money from any loan app company, MAKE SURE you take off all your phone contact and store them in a different phone. Make sure you have FAKE contacts on the phone you are installing the loan app.
Make sure you have fake phone contacts on the phone you are installing the loan app

Make sure you have fake phone contacts on the phone you are installing the loan app smiley

Please take that information seriously.
Don't keep your original contacts on that phone you are installing that loan app.
That's is the only way they can blackmail you.
A word is enough for the wise
Long story!

Me I keep my real contacts on d fone...

Na me dey call loan shark agent dey give am d ppl dey suppose call for my head!

In as much as i don't support people default on loan obligations they gladly accept the terms and conditions however, i think their modus operandi should be well spelt.
I had an ugly experience with one of them i think cash bus or so cant remember. I needed an extra fund to add with what's on me over the weekend. I read their terms and conditions, i knew they were going to charge advance fees and it is a 7days tenor. I gladly accepted the terms. On the 5th day i got a message from one of the agent and he said i was due on that day and started harassing me sent obituary messages to i think 3 of my contacts on the 5th day. This got me infuriated. Told the guy i have their money, showed him my acct balance butwill only pay on my due date. However, i had to made the payment that day because my personality is seriously at stake. I still have the chats and the whatever. They were so dubious they had to change the due date on their own system to the 5th day, i got to know this when one of the contacts they sent the obituary message engaged them.
I gladly accepted the T&C when i borrowed and to repay back but treating a client like that even when the loan is not due is unspeakable.
If i had the gut wouldnt have paid the money after that idiotic act but i have conscience and my person is at stake too
