There are these yellow dot/patches on the forehead, sides of the nose, sides of his face and cheeks on my boy.
I don't think it's eczema because it's not a raised patch neither does it itch him, it's just like a discoloration of his skin.
We have used different creams yet it does not abate, instead it seem to grow more.

Please how can I get rid of it and make my boy have a smooth well textured and even skin colour?
