You better go and get a court order. You sued someone and made them a party to your suit and you want them to roll out the red carpet for you - I honestly don't know the kind of lawyers we have these days. How long does it take to get a court order? They have come with emotion again - INEC should do this, INEC should do that..INEC is an umpire. INEC should be impartial. You sued them. Instead of suing APC and adding INEC to the suit by an ex parte order you made them a direct respondent and expect them to cooperate.

We get back to the same issue. Where is your own copy of EC8A? Why don't you add the NPF DPOs and ask them to produce it under subponae.

INEC do not deny anybody anything, they have a clear process where you can pay for copies of th eelection results.

When Peter Obi was at the Tribunal, his counsel made the same complaint. Of course the INEC counsel fired back that LP had been told they needed to pay to get those paper copies. Obi's counsel then angrily told INEC's counsel to "bring it out now and I'll pay for it immediately".

All of this exchange being silly and shameful attempt at bravado because you have to go to the INEC offices to fill the form out and make your payment then wait a few days to go and collect it.

We all know that Peter Obi didn't want to pay for the results because he knew they wouldn't favour him. I am sure similar is happening here.
