How did Yomi Casual not make it to this list?
Probably presence and reach outside Nigeria. The "worldwide" in the thread title is a clue. I like his work though.

The word."mogul" now has different meaning. Not hating or belittling their achievements but if the OP call little known designers mogul, what is he going to call Versace, Coco, Lauren etc
The likes of Versace, Coco Chanel, YSL, Ralph Lauren, JPG etal are decades old and built formidable names and unassailable lead when fashion was still terribly white and had to be well-regarded/endorsed by France and Europe to be globally desirable and successful.

What these Africans are doing is commendable in it's own right, given the challenges, and not to be dismissed because they are not up there with Versace etal.

Jewel by Lisa was my favourite Nigerian designer back then (I'm not sure about now).
Used to love her pieces and how she creatively combined fabrics.

There's also another one that I've forgotten her brand name. Loved her works too.
I used to be obsessed with watching their shows as a girl.

I just so love creatives.
I'll go search for them on Instagram.

Edited: I found her! 😃
And yeah! Still love her work.
Why do I sense advertisement here... cheesy

Diminishing their achievements will be criminal but none of these designers are at "mogul" status at the moment. It takes years to achieve mogul status and while I believe they will achieve such status one day, they are not there yet and nothing wrong pointing the OP to his wrong choice of word.
