There would always be people like that who enjoy creating division amongst people but remember there is freedom of speech and freedom to hold your own opinions which Seun seemingly wants to uphold.
It is left to individuals not to be swayed by hate speeches and extremism. Do not give them attention and they will fizzle out.

We keep telling Seun he doesnt listen. Smae way he has successfully promoted ethnic bigotry ( SW Vs SE ) and also Christians Vs Muslims. Nairaland, Seun and his mods are fully in support of the Omoluabi culture and islamic ideologies that promotes their interests over and above rationalism

They would not fizzle out.

That's just an idyllic aspiration that would never be achieved.

Scrutiny and heavy sanctions combined with checking of multiple account ownership is the only way.

I'm actually of the opinion however, that Seun has either sold the platform unbeknownst to the public, or he downlow enjoys the brickbats and tribal wars.

There is a different between freedom of speech and nauseating hate speeches that are portrayed in the screenshots I shared. On twitter, you cannot get away with that.

I don't even care what his ideology is. It just makes the platform seem like there are no intellectuals or reasonable people who can give sane opinions. The whole thing seems to have gone out of control.

I think he doesn't care anymore. Any sane person will be appalled at the comments allowed on the front page threads, especially political threads.

It's the Nigerian way I'm afraid.
