I have been battling gambling addiction for past years,i have tried to stop but i find it difficult!!
Just this evening I have Lost 280k of My salary 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Please help me,i want to stop it, I'm seriously crying right now, I'm really depressed!!!...i don't know how to do it,if you re goin through same or if you have been through same please tell me how you stopped yours....

I'm not begging for Money,i need steps on how to quit it 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶.. last week I lost 600k that I got from my contribution money.. ND today my salary ..😭😭😭😭😭

I have sum everything, it's too huge for me..4.8 m gone in space of 5years..No girlfriend,No clothes,No good development..i just realized I'm ageing please help... I am just 35.

To say you won't bet again is dangerous. Develop a bet for fun approach first, what do I mean be betting with 100 naira only and see if you are winning. Gradually if you're not winning you will naturally lose interest in betting and it won't affect your finances.

Again don't chase your lost to avoid suicide, note the money you lost on bet can take you more than 2 years to recover, so let it go.

It is not that, I gamble to and I try to laugh at my self when I lose about my stupidity because most times before is stake I think I have lost already. That makes me calm a bit. If you think you have lost your stake already it would make you stake a decent amount that won't affect you on a long run. Suicide is never an option.
