They can do private placement. They can approach the capital market. They can attract FDI to invest in them. It can have a positive on the exchange rate. The speculators can invest in banks thereby releasing their dollar hold.

That's because you don't understand what he's saying. Emefiele is a demon that destroyed this country's economy. I can't go into all the details now but his policies were more detrimental to us than it helped us asa country. He squandered everything including our forex. He was selling dolkars from our firex to BDC Hausa Oligarchs to the the detriment of our foreign investment.

Time for actions the economy is getting worse by the day
