Tinubu wasn't the President when the notices were issued last year. I have no reason to defend him or any other politician. All are the same to me. The important thing is that we should all learn to abide by set rules and the law.

BTW I once had to abandon land that I bought years ago somewhere in Lekki when there were doubts being raised even after verifying it. Just last week, I read in the news that the occupants are having issues with the government. Due diligence is key at all times. "Settlement" is a risk and often doesn't end well.
