This is a messages to and for women.

It's almost like social media and the real world are two different places. On social media, women seem to support each other. In real life, they often seem to compete or bring each other down. Is this just me, or other women have experienced this in real life?

Women call other women out on not being married, most especially market women. Market women are queens of internalized misogyny. I once went to a market with a male friend and I sat down while my male friend shopped. The market women were all exclaiming as though an abomination had occured.

I see women harassing other women based on age, looks, and status in society on all levels. Please we need to stop this and help ourselves. Men are friends of each other. We should do the same and stand up, fight for fellow women.

When you see any woman shaming another woman for any reason, please call her out, correct her, do not support it as a woman.

What a lovely piece. Those market women are far gone and beyond correction. However, young women and others who are willing to understand internalized misogyny can unlearn it.
