No way, since Palestine and Hamas has decided to use their land to terrorize Israel, Israel will never allow them to be in control or incharge of the land so that Israel will leave in peace.
After a war, Israel occupied Gaza until they left in 2005, instead of Palestine and Hamas to embrace peace, they started using their land to launch attack and rocket against Israel.
As they have lost it now, the numbers of rockets against Israel will drastically reduce
