I think it normal, it's your skin trying to adjust to a new cream or weather .
It happens to me whenever I change cream or use cream after months of abstaining..
Mine usually clears off on its own within a month or so

I have one. Obviously because I sweat a lot. But it doesn’t itch. It doesn’t disturb me in any way. It’s just an eye sore.

But because mine doesn’t itch, can we call it Jock Itch?
