It shows "payment successful" on Goodnovel. But Zenith Bank says the money is not in her dom account. It's been weeks. What can she do?

Is there any other payments on their platform ? Have you talk to their customer care about the failure ?

From what I've been told, others have not experienced problems. But her real problem is that the person she reports issues to, called an "editor", has not responded to her messages for a week.
