We barely have time together because I work from home while he runs his business here in Lagos which is really going well and mostly tired whenever he is back

I have always noticed him taking medications, however I thought maybe he was not feeling fine
This night , I insisted on knowing what's wrong with him as I saw a test written by Doc for him to run at LUTH Yaba Lagos

He now showed me this growing just on his scrotum
He will be going to see a doctor at the teaching hospital tomorrow but please Nairalanders has anyone comes across this before or possibly know what this could be ?
