ElSudani:Your summary already validated my point, all the excuses in the world won't mean anything to me and millions of Nigeria if a bag of rice is sold for 58,000. Mind you, you may give all the excuses in the world but can you bet with your life that by this time next year a bag of rice will be selling for 35000 the way Tinubu met it. You will come back again to give another excuse for why that cannot happen. Lol The government is not the only.problem of this country, it is zombies and zombie followers that always give excuse for failed governments that are the main problems. |

We hope for a better Nigeria. No one will benefit from an economically poor and insecure nation. |
| Re: Moody's Upgrades Economic Outlook On Nigeria To Positive - Reuters by ElSudani: 9:58am On Dec 10, 2023 |
coleon:Everything boils does to the price of rice. May I ask you how many acres of rice you have under cultivation right now? Probably none. Your taste for imported food is one of the problems facing the country. What did we eat before Thailand rice? Have we always depended on imported food? Your taste for imported rice is one of the problems the government must address. Either you grow it or eat cassava instead, carb is carb. |
| Re: Moody's Upgrades Economic Outlook On Nigeria To Positive - Reuters by coleon(m): 10:10am On Dec 10, 2023 |
ElSudani:Look at this zombie giving another excuse that it's our taste for imported rice that's making the price go up. Where I bought rice for 58000 yesterday, they also sell Eko rice there (i.e made in Lagos rice) the price of the Eko rice is 56000 per bag and you can go and check if I'm wrong. Shebi according to you it's our consumption of Thailand rice that's making the price go up, why is the locally produced rice equally expensive? Also, is it also the impoverished citizens by this same government that's making it buy SUVs for politicians, budget 15Bn to renovate VP house, go on a jamboree to Dubai? Just admit it that the useless government you are supporting has failed, it will not kill you if you do. Must you be a zombie to politician in your life? |
| Re: Moody's Upgrades Economic Outlook On Nigeria To Positive - Reuters by ElSudani: 10:18am On Dec 10, 2023 |
coleon:Since you love rice so much, how many damn acres do you have under cultivation? How many acres does the folks around you have under cultivation? None, that is the simple answer. I am sick and tired of people like you who would rather japa or die than to be seen on a farm complain about the prices of food. Funny enough, people like you are the first on the internet to wail and lament about hunger. We have a better alternative to rice in Nigeria, eat cassava it is the same carbohydrate. If your survival is tied to rice them grow it. Is Tinubu also preventing you from doing that? |

Catapault:Keep deceiving yourself. Propaganda leads no where. You can't fake prosperity. This is just like paying Seun to post a sponsored post on front page. Funny enough, its ridiculous seeing you guys jubilate over statistics after hyping your druggie. Now na statistics una dey chop 😂😂😂😂😂 Una level of mumu too high. |
| Re: Moody's Upgrades Economic Outlook On Nigeria To Positive - Reuters by coleon(m): 10:34am On Dec 10, 2023 |
ElSudani:You should first ask how many acres of rice Seyi Tinubu, Iyabo Ojo Tinubu and you the Cheif Zombie Tinubu supporter have grown first. The sad truth is that many of you are wallowing in self imposed poverty and poverty of the mind. You better emancipate yourself from this mental slavery before you infect your children with it if you have any. |
| Re: Moody's Upgrades Economic Outlook On Nigeria To Positive - Reuters by ElSudani: 10:41am On Dec 10, 2023 |
coleon:Stop using foul language, makes you sound like a tout. Your ranting is a clear indication that you are hungry and trust me Tinubu has nothing to do with it. The earlier you know this the better for you. Otherwise, you will just die of hunger. I just pity the young children you may have, I have little sympathy for lazy, whiny folks like you who wants to open their mouths wide so Tinubu can shove cheap Thailand rice into it. |

P&G is leaving, GSK is leaving that is the sort of news they are happy about. Moody's Analytics says economic outlook is better suddenly they are foaming in the mouth. What sort of sad people are these? |
| Re: Moody's Upgrades Economic Outlook On Nigeria To Positive - Reuters by alezzy13: 10:54am On Dec 10, 2023 |
Taich:Your missing the point. What they are simply saying is Nigeria is now a more attractive option for potential creditors at more favourable rates. ie, we are more likely to repay than was the case a few years back. Whether that will translate to the better living conditions for average man is another. FYI, this is not for or against this govt |

In late 2021, Moody's and S&P upgraded Nigeria's outlook to positive: Global leading rating agency, Standard & Poor’s has affirmed Nigeria’s sovereign credit rating at B+ and revised its outlook from negative to stable.https://www.arise.tv/s-and-p-global-revises-nigerias-sovereign-credit-rating-to-positive-from-negative/ |

Ask Pitobi about the current economic state of Nigeria and its future, he will start quoting some strange statistics that no Indian can solve. H e will tell you how Nigeria is doomed and will never get it it right just because he did not become the president. Hypocrites! Unfortunately, his Mumudients too will not see this. |

Good news and everyone should be thankful. Every little step counts. The Nigerian economy has been run down so badly that any uptick shouldn't be a surprise. President Tinubu was a major contributor to the economic problems that Nigeria is experiencing today. The hope is that he should know best how to quench the economic fire he started in Jan 2012 with Occupy Nigeria. Tinubu, Buhari and their APC told Nigerians "there is nothing like subsidy" . Everything that has happened in the Nigerian economy since than has been a consequence of that Big Lie. As I wrote on another thread... IbeOkehie:Good Luck to Nigerians. |

ElSudani:U think everybody is like u guys that don't wish the country well once his or her favorite politician is not the one at aso rock. I don't care whether Thier is reform or not, what I care for is how to make things easy for we masses. Same way Buhari was hailled wen he close the border and ban importaion of rice and the price of rice goes up, up till now, we never recover. |

seunmsg:people like you are shameless and disgraceful. People are dieing like flies just because they can't afford medical bills and you are talking about positive future. How many people will be alive to see your so called positive ( negative) future. Go to the pharmacy and see how people are lamenting. A drug that was 5k in may is now 55k now, while salaries remained stagnant. Tinubu went on air during a presidential national broadcast and promised 35k palliative for federal government workers but he failed to implement it. The worst part is that market women has already increase prices of things in anticipation of that 35k, bit tinubu kept mute about it. I swear this is the worst government in the history of this country. |

For exay and Each State Executive -Governors- can strive better, with the Homongous NBILLIONS Resources at their disposals) in their hands by doing the Followings: 1- Creating Jobs for our numerous Youths. 2- Develop the States Infrastructures-good Roads, Provision of drinkable Water, 3•Health Care Delivery- we don't need to go to Dubai, Germany or London for Health Care, afterall,Dubai made their Country Possible! So why can't we look at ourselves and say- Yes, we Can! •President Obama ruled America, for 8 good years, and if the Constitution did not limit him for two terms,he would still win! 4•Education- Science and Technology and 5•Industrial Development Growth- let Nigerian States start many Technology Start- up like the Israelis- they have the highest of technology Start- Ups in the World! -But What do we have in Nigeria?- -----Corruption and Destructions of Nigerian Assets by virtually all the above Institutions. We are too Greedy-and Wicked to ourselves and our Future generation! •That is the reason for the Japa Syndrome, because the Youths don't TRUST the Nigeria System! -Why should some build the Country, while others always come to destroy and deplect the Nation Resources! -From Shagari- Dikko Era, -to Babangida-( the Evi Genius'- who drible Nigeria) for 8-years,into he ridiculously Stepping Aside' because of Political upheaval! -to Abacha - the looters of Nigeria Resources- up till today, the Whiteman Countries are still Repartrating Money Stolen by Abacha, yet you want the Youths to Stay back, abi? •and Buhari that didn't understand the Econometrics( the Economy and govt Principles) of the Modern World and modern day,Nigeria, than he was just placing Ethnicity above Integrity and Excellence! He was very Poor in Management of Nigeria Resources! Yet,some were benefitting from it,no responsibility and no Consequences for the Criminals against NIGERIA State= Corruption, especially those Ministers and MIDAS ( Min and Depts)- the Sirika Air Nigeria, the Hadjia Madam- in the Poverty Alieviation Woman- till date- we don't know how the Humongous NBILLIONS Money in the COVID-19 Funds got disappeared into! This is the State of Nigeria today. •But hopefully,Nigeria will be great - even as we are witnessing the Dangote Refineries- creating thousands of Jobs for the Youths. Kudos to Alh.Dangote! You are Patriotic. |

ElSudani:I have enough to feed your generations for years to come. Even in this Tinubus failed government I just added a GLE to my fleet. My success is because I don't rely on failed government stipend to feed, unlike you who is paid 30k monthly to defend a failed government even at the detriment of your family and generations to come. What a failed life you have, you are beyond redemption and nobody can help you. |

coleon:I am sure you are hungry but let us leave that aside. You woke up this morning typing garbage on your Chinese or Korean made phone, you brushed your teeth yet again with a Chinese made brush, bathe yourself with a soap made from Malaysian raw materials, got to your dining table and ate what is left of your Thailand made rice. Got into your imaginary German made GLE, on your way to Church you branched at the gas station to buy sone fuel refined in Singapore. This is your life, you haven't produced anything in your life or contributed anything to the economy. Basically, you lost your right to complain about the price of Thai rice a long time ago. Find some cassava or starve. |

ElSudani:They are terrible, ungodly people. What you guys should realise is that these folks are IPOB followers who became ‘emergency Nigerians’ after Peter Obi emerged as candidate for president. They are today still playing the fake role of ‘Nigerians’, courtesy of Obi’s continued presence in our national space. But at core, they are anti-Nigerian secessionists. That’s why bad news about Nigeria pleases them, and good news bites them like a scorpion. |

https://punchng.com/nigeria-not-generating-enough-revenue-to-support-devt-imf/ A barrage of misinformation and conflicting forecast which is far from reality on ground. Creditors will only learn you money when your ability to repay at an agreed time is guaranteed, but sadly we are in a very position to borrow now, because any loan will be coming on a higher interest rate. alezzy13: |
