You cannot cover all the outcome of an event with predefined odds, i.e , odds before the event starts. It doesn't work. All the obvious loopholes have been closed unless a very smart fellow with a crunch for numbers uncovers any.

What do you mean by BB? Big brother? Let's say a particular bookie gives A to win the event at 4 odds and B at 12 odds. Then you can take it to the bank that there are at least 5 other contestants who are also likely to win. And suppose you choose to bet on these two because you think the winner is likely to be either of these. Then no, you didn't arbitrage because strictly speaking you didn't bet on all the other contestant and both might not even win it.

In an event where a winner is likely to be A and where there are other contestants, the highest you'd get is 2 odds, which effectively defeats arbitraging. Who do you think is tipped to win Europa- Liverpool. What is their odds to win it? Far less than their odd to defeat Union Saint Gilliose tonight.
