U didn't state whether u wanted new or used. For new, I think you should be able to get a Redmi note 12(of less ram I think) or the new 13c, or regular Redmi 12 or 12c, a phone from tecno or infinix's spark or hot series I think,and all these offer at most a lower(if I'm correct) or middle midrange feel. If you want something of a flagship feel, that amount would get you something from Samsung's S series(S10, S10+ and the likes) nor if lucky , you could get a Huawei p30 pro which for me, is an icing on the cake grin
