The truth is that Southeast has everything but access to sea because of the way zoning was done based on ethnicity not on geography. Southeastern region is meant to include Akwaibom and Crossriver because they are the real Southeast of Nigeria but then they are not Igbos. Even the Igbos in Rivers and Delta do not have access to sea so things will still remain same if they're joined to Southeast.
