Never make a Civil Servant a Political office holder

Tinubu made Ambode a Civil Servant a Governor and he regretted it

Wike made Fabura a civil servant a Governor and he will regret it
Why say that? Is it because Ambode reduced the dues he needed to pay Tinubu just as Fubara is doing or it's because they aren't competent?

This is why the Nation can't grow, people advocate for those that will fleece the country forever without fighting for the people's interest. They call it loyalty to your Godfather who put you there grin

Most Nigerians are inherently corrupt, you are one of them.

It's a long ride..and will be a legal battle.

I strongly feel the current speaker backed by the court lacks the powers to declare the seats of the defected lawmakers vacant.

I feel it's the court that should do that...PDP should have taken them to court, instead of using the speaker to declare their seats vacant.

Interesting legal battles ahead...it's possible the 27 lawmakers lose at the court..but, it will take almost 3 years for this legal battle to reach the Supreme Court...of which, they would have successfully completed their tenure and cause damage to Governor Fubara.

It's what it is.

The Mumu never pointed the requirements they met before defecting . Rather , he was praising Tinubu and equating that as a requirement for defection, ode.

I thought they said Wike is a fighter, why is he using style to be begging Tinubu to come help them? The mumuehule defected out of grieveances for PDP not condemning the burning of the comeplex and called that a constitutional requirement grin grin. Oponu
Those guys are gone for good.

The party isn't factionalized , factionalization of the party only happens in the national and not the state. As long as there is one leadership of the party , the party is not factionalized.

They are lawmakers who don't know the law.

You are finished. It is no more election but selection. Imagine giving a single man the audacity to dictate who rules and who gets what.

Wike is finished. Go and mark this on the wall.

Does the constitution stipulates any requirement to defect before retaining your sit?

Bros I tire. I've been patiently waiting to see these fulfilled requirements but it seems the requirements are that Tinubu is doing well

You are a slave and will die a slave.. what is made? Just listen to what a full grown man is typing... Did ambode not deliver to the good people of Lagos? If it's so, let the Europeans return and claim Nigeria, while the Arabs come and claim the rest and continue slave trade since we should always worship our masters and never question their actions.

Oga even Olanipekun lost in Kano. Wike is not a smart lawyer he only thrives by bribery

Exactly. Only the court can declare it vacant.

The court will declare action of Fubara's Speaker null and void. Wike's members will impeach Fubara and the court will uphold it.

It is the Federal High Court that will nail Fubara.

Who interprets the law? A lawmaker or the judiciaryhuh

Even when written in black and white that armed robbery is a criminal offence that attracts certain numbers of prison sentence, no one can just put an arrested armed robber in jail...you still need to send him through trial process before he can be convicted by the court.

It's as simple as that, whatever is written about defection, it's the court that will declare those seats vacant and not the speaker!

😂😂😂 Impeached by who ,,, the persona non grata legislooters who have gone AWOL?

Deh play, you think Tinubu will prefer a Wike who he already has in his pocket to SIM who's in charge of the State with the deepest pockets after Lagos , a state having 2 Refineries of which he's hoping one will work soon to validate his useless Subsidy policy , a State having the Riverine Ijaws who are on top of Oil pipelines fully backing their son .

Tinubu being a smart politician will never do anything that will cause chaos in Rivers State because if the whole Izon unite , the Economy will suffer , go and ask Late Yar Adua (God bless his soul).

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

We have seen defectors make more noise than this in the past and it always ends in tears 🤣🤣

Case in point my state , Edo state, H.E Governor Obaseki vs defectors loyal to Oshiomole. They made more noise than this, they went to all media house shouting and grunting like pigs ,but las las in all ended in tears. In Nigeria na sitting governor get power next to president in Nigeria.

Forget story
Leave them , make dem de whine ,,, dem just carry pot bellies , dem no get calculations.

If dem de read 48 Laws of Power , dem for know say the best way to harm and remove the Governor Na when dem still de PDP ,,, now their defection don give SIM breathing space .

It's now seen as PDP vs APC , Riverine vs Upland, Ijaws vs Ikwerre
