I just bought a plot of land for 1.2m. Please, Is the survey plan fee and the likes in the 1.2m or will I be paying that aside the 1.2m? Note I thought the Survey plan, red copy doc and agreement fee should be in the payment, this is my first. please advise before I overpay them. Thanks everyone. |

OG124:The 1.2M is the price of the land. You will be responsible for any documents you want for the land just like deed of assignments, CofO, registered Survey. The best you will get from the seller are receipt and the documents they got for the purchase of the land. If you have more question, feel free to ask 2 Likes |

Congratulations on buying your first property,it is indeed a milestone.
