He is positioning himself to succeed Tinubu.

El rufai is a nobody politically. His unbridled pride is his greatest undoing. He already lost his chance to be a viable and power force in govt of PBAT.His Islamic fundamentalist baggage is the major reason he wasn't cleared
as a minister.He is not strong politically and no ministerial appointment is a fatal blow to any political ambition he is nursing.

Won't be surprised if Dude moved against PBAT in 2027.
That his ministerial rejection pained him and he believed PBAT didn't do enough to make him pass.
But that was one of the best decision of this government. An el Rufai in that cabinet would have made it a laughing stock.

Choose a religious fanatic?, haaaa you don't value human life gan. See the things you have heard about El Rufai are not hearsay. You should visit Kaduna, from the ethnic cleansing of Christian dominated areas of Kaduna, to one sided infrastructural development in mainly Muslim North of Kaduna. To know El Rufai you need to experience him firsthand. May God not allow him over Nigeria.
