May God, in his mercy, grant his loved ones, as well as the good people of Ondo State and Nigeria at large, the fortitude to bear the great loss.

Aketi will be missed because we both married from the same community.

For Umar Ghali Na'abba, I don't know much about him, but may he rest in peace, Amen.

You must have been very young during Obasanjo regume for you not to know Umar Ghali Na'abba. He was one of the active politicians in that régime who used to challenge OBJ then. Very outspoken but was not able to return back to the house which made in defected to another party and was not able to return back since then.

Lie...Na'abba was used by the northern oligarchs to attack Obj.
Remember we just came from a northern military rule and they hated the reforms of Obj which was balancing things for all the regions. Part of the deal to pipe down the impeachment proceedings against Obj which was spearheaded by Na'abba and his HoR was for Obj to release Abacha's son, Mohamed from jail!
