Premium Be Unto You Hi landers! 12 months ago I had a plan to stop listening to some kind of music, let's just say I stopped for like 2 months the rest I go back it(listening to the music I planned to stop). I now have my new year resolutions for 2024, to stop listening to that kind of music is part of it, I asked someone what can I do to make my plans achievable and become reality, all he said was you need to be discipline, I went online and search for the meaning of discipline which means to have self control and then the thought of being intentional came to my head which means being deliberate in what you do, my question now is which is more important is it discipline or being intentional and how can I be(either discipline or being intentional). |

Both are similar... Very close. But I will pick discipline over intentional (it's actually intent or dreams/wishes in a way.) With out discipline intent/intentions/dreams can never be achieved! 1 Like |

Premiumbuy:You can try engaging in distracting activities... Like going out for a walk or any other kind of activity that you enjoy. Even a hobby is a good way to take your mind off the urge. You can also tackle the root cause by identifying triggers that lead to your urge and avoiding them! |
