I have a friend, she's an albino who is in need of a cure for those black spots albinos have. She has the spots on her back, face and chest, she has met a pharmacist, doctor and done researches on Google bt no results. Please is there any medication or skin care product for this

Have your said friend met with other Albinos without the black spot to ask them how they are doing it?

Those spots are called Solar or Actinic Keratoses, and are precursors of skin cancers

Your friend should avoid sun exposure as much as possible by using suncreens--long sleeve shirts, trousers, caps, umbrellas, googles, etc, whenever outside

She should also have regular skin exam by a Dermatologist/plastic Surgeon.

Albinos have no melanin which primarily protects the skin cells from direct exposure to UV light. This predisposes them to skin cancers.
