He knows he can't get anything from Ndigbo as Peter Obi, who would be in Accord Party by then, would sweep that region due solely to the hot tribalistic fervour of IPOBidients.

Get a Yoruba man in as VP and those detribalised and sophisticated Yoruba electorate will give him a shot at Yoruba votes. Same as Northerners, who have also now proven they too are detribalised, gave Tinubu a chunk of their votes based on a Northern VP.
