If we borrow and invest the money wisely to improve lives and also generate revenues, that would be great! But the problem is that we've been hearing and reading on the news that the borrowed fund that are allocated to different Government Agencies / Ministries are being diverted into personal bank accounts. That's really sad! 61 Likes 5 Shares |

In saner climes, even this their fake messiah would have died in prison for diverting state's fund into family business but this is Nigeria where you become a saint as soon you leave the corridors of power especially if you are able to run on tribal and religion sentiments. https://saharareporters.com/2019/01/30/peter-obi-questioned-why-he-invested-30m-state-funds-company-where-his-family-owns-shares 62 Likes 12 Shares

Unfortunately, many would go beyond the message to either attack or defend personalities involved as it soothes them. I have learned that until we as Nigerians are willing to learn and ask right questions from the leaders, one can only watch and pity ourselves. 28 Likes 2 Shares |
