In the real sense does that shinedu really think he stands any chance of winning? Someone planted by his mother's people. It surprised me how the best performing governor suddenly became a bad one to these people across the niger all because they dislike Tinubu for no reason.
How can a boy with no single track record of leadership or position desire the job in Alausa. How would he even be communicating with people of agege, alimosho or ojokoro? We are happy with the apc governments in Lagos if you don't want it in your state that's your problem but don't spread your hate here.

He held that the deputy governor was duly qualified to contest the election."

From this judgement, it's obvious that the supreme court have the jurisdiction to entertain election candidates qualification matter

How come they didn't have the jurisdiction to entertain Tinubu's qualification matter

The case against the Deputy Governor was dual citizenship. It is a Constitutional matter and can exist as pre-election and post-election matter.

For Bola Tinubu's educational issue, it was also a Constitutional matter but Atiku's evidence came late, outside of the 21-day post-election limit.

It is not per se.
If the Constitution sets a time for something, if there is any evidence after that, it is taken to be null and void.

The time limit in the Constitution is like the Walls of Gibraltar that can neither be moved nor shakened.

Better,You can't voted for clueless Otti in Abia and be complaining about sanwo olu in Lagos when every sensible people know that Your state will never produce the like of sanwo olu,we Yoruba will not discuss Abia,imo,Enugu,Anambra and Ebonyi because they're not state to us,but you people will not keep shut and stop Pokenosing in Lagos,Ogun and all the South West state affairs,who curse you?

Wen there was no elections

The political backlash is serious. No single Ibo commissioner. I even hear all the High placed Ibos in Alausa are redundant. Replaced promptly by Yorubas. Business in Lagos state gov is conducted in Yoruba.

So a Supreme Court that did their abracadabra to make one who came third the governor, is now hamstrung and constrained to uphold justice and the rule of law because they found a legal loophole and get-out-of-jail card of ‘late filling’!? Just forget getting justice in Nigeria when the economic or political interests of Tinubu and his gang are involved! When Buhari handed the baton over to him, he handed over control of the legislature and judiciary as well!
