Obi Visited Immaculate Heart Of Mary Hospital Nkpor, Anambra State, Where he Donated the sum of ₦15,000,000( fifteen million naira only) And another $50,000( fifty thousand dollars only) from Prof. Philip Ozuah

Driven by my commitment to the real development of Nigeria, using the most measurable standard yardstick, the Human Development Index, HDI, yesterday, I visited a very critical health facility, the Immaculate Heart Specialist Hospital in Nkpor, Anambra State.

During my visit to the hospital managed by the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sisters congregation, I presented them with a cheque of $50,000 and N15 million respectively.

The $50,000 sum came from a kind-hearted very dear friend and brother, Prof Philip Ozuah, whose commitment to a better society and humanity is immeasurable. The N15 million came from my humble self, as part of my commitment to that health facility.

Encouraging more investment in our health sector, especially at the primary healthcare level, is critical to the development of any nation. A healthy nation, they say, is a wealthy nation. Governments at all levels, therefore, must prioritize investment in the health sector.

I thank the Proprietor and Management of Immaculate Heart Specialist Hospital for their consistent improvement in the healthcare delivery to the people. I have remained a very close friend to the hospital, and I have, over the years, always supported them.

I am therefore glad with how they have continued to grow and improve in their healthcare delivery to the people. I, therefore seize this ample opportunity to urge and encourage other well-meaning Nigerians and donor agencies to continue to support our health and education sectors and in pulling people out of poverty, as they play very critical roles in our developmental journey to a New Nigeria, which , I keep insisting , is possible. -PO

Father Mbaka is not a scammer, please. Yes, Father Mbaka didn't handle the issue well, but that didn't make him a scammer. He's also human.

That man pays the school fees of many people, supports the Catholic Church in Enugu, keeps young Catholics in the church, and prays and many people would receive their healing and be salvaged.

Priests with Mbaka's kind of gift are rare in the Catholic Church. That's why I knew his punishment would be just for a while. He's a rare gift to the Christendom.

BTW, you will be surprised to find out how Father Mbaka transformed the US monastery the moment he revealed that he was at that location. There are people nobody can dim their shine.

Secondly, charity begins at home. When you learn to give in your village, it will be very easy for you to give in a bigger stage.
