I need professional to please guide me and safe me from from undue cost as I plan to begin construction work on my site. Please help me look into these cost estimate to see whether is fair enough. 20 bags of cement for foundation 1 bag of cement to set 60 size nine block 40k for foundation digging of 3 bed flat 220k for workmanship from foundation to roofing level I need the estimate of iron rod, wood and workmanship for lintel level. The land is a good land, not water logged The location is Ibadan. Thank you in anticipation of your reasonable contribution |
