Tbh I don’t think we have enough money to sign a world class coach at the moment, especially with the Spotify camp nou renovation.
So cules y’all Better ever used to it, Xavi isn’t going anywhere, at least not this season.

Ok o. Sorry o. But now that everything has turn sour nko? What type of coach is he?
Everything has always been sour with xavi. He doesn't build a team but I believe he may do well with a world class team even though such performance may mostly be just from the individual brilliance of such players since they are unleashing their beast.

come out fool @40,come and defend xavi
Nor mind am. Just because his team is in two horse league he thinks they are anything, with the way they play they won’t be in top ten in epl by now.

Forget many talk, Barca is not good at the moment. If only your team is in epl you will know how poor you guys are. Man U that’s struggling in epl beat you day season. You are in a two horse league that’s why you are even in top four, you should be in number 10 by now if it is epl.

Chelsea mata didn’t last epl and so many other Spanish players is it injury prone Pedri that will now dominate midfield in epl? Lol

Pedri

2 assists in La liga in almost 3 seasons at Barcelona

1 assist in UCL in almost 3 seasons at Barcelona

If you want to know the meaning of overhype, overrated, just remember Pedri the indomie who is the legend of ghost-mode in important matches.

This wasn't unexpected actually. We have been poor all season. A team lacking in structure and personality.
We need to sign effective midfielders this January or else we might not qualify for UCL.

Haha

I watched lamine yesterday, and i saw all sort of inexperience written all over him.

Almost cost us a goal.

if Pedri portrayed those beautiful moments when 'he'll make everyone lie down in greenier
pastures' in 70% matches, i would have argued you....but that guy is beginning to look like Taiwanese Iniesta all flare no effect, let me believe injury did him bad. undecided

And if Laporta likes let him not find a creative way to bag estevao Willian before Chelsea does, I think una see how the signings of akpororo and Rodrygo bore fruit for vardrid today, I don't believe all this talk of no money this, no money that, there's money, it's just for us to find creative ways to overcome our ffp struggles and sell players to generate income

Same here. I don't believe that useless lie that we have no money when we're the top 2 highest revenue generating club in the world if not #1 sef.

Only Tebas restrictive FFP calculations is the issue.
And I believe we should start having the culture of selling a few of our decent players to buy better ones or enhance our coffers. Cos this practice of hoarding players to me hasn't bore any positive fruit.

There was a time we had a very large squad with players choke full in midfield and attack. I don't see how significantly fruitful that has been as we even rarely make sensible rotations or develop our squad (mainly the benchers). It's just a thing of only the first team and sparingly using the bench on occasions you have no choice. How do you develop a team. That's why when two or three key players in the first team starts to underperform the whole team suffers cos we have failed to develop the ancillaries.

With this I'll suggest we sell players like Kounde ASAP and pray he performs decently before end of the season so we can get a decent €50mn on him. Invest the money in a DM. We have two gems in La Masia like Mikayil Faye and the other guy I've forgotten his name for the CB roles and we good to go.

Put either of Raphinha or Ferran Torres in the market and get something like €30mn for Ferran, €50mn for Ralph and we good to go. Invest in Messinho or any top prospects that can come in early and start performing.
Pablo Torre should be brought back and must be reintroduced into the team.

Alex Valle should come in and give competition for Balde. Dude's head ain't in the game no more.
Julian Araujo must come back and provide competition or rotation for Cancelo (who can also play on the left in place of Balde).

Also ultimately SACK XAVI. There's tons of match he's faced very good teams and crumbled tactically or damage control or overall match management. He can barely read games and make adjustments if he ain't facing a weak team. He's not it and won't take us anywhere if we still have European ambitions. The league is even looking increasingly competitive with Girona's masterclass this season.

I believe we have what we need.....it only depends if we really wanna push for it. It hinges on if we have the guts to make the decision of making the hard choices. We can sell these players, make money off them and reinvest in CORE POSITIONS for the team.
