The reason why your btc is still pending is you send with low transaction fee. Next time you are sending, check mempool for the best sat rate before sending. Copy your transaction hash and check on mempool.space, you will know exact date and time your btc will be confirmed. You can as well use RBF( Replace by fee) to hasten the confirmation.

I have contact the support team via email, but they are saying the same thing

That “They can’t speed up my transaction”

Has yours been confirmed?
Support tells me they can't do anything to speed up process or cancel and I when I put the transaction id on Mempool it is not found.

you sent with a low transaction fee, it won't show on block until several hours or even a day. Next time use RBF when transacting.
