Corruption start from a political party. How can a party sells a common paper for 25million Naira?Tell me why the aspirant will not dip his filthy hands into public funds?
The embattled minister of humanitarian may have bribed Akpabio part of the 2million Naira he sent to each lawmaker 's mailboxes that she want to recover from fund meant for the vulnerable Nigerians.
Stop your form of mentality...

They should have sell it for 2k and make all Edo citizen aspirant..

You try well, well

keep deceiving yourself, labour has lost the goodwill with their behaviour during the car sharing episode in the legislature, Edo people expected Edo labour party representatives in the legislature to reject the over-expensive cars but they were the ones defending it, this made Edo people to realize that labour isn't different from APC and PDP embarassed
which Edo people?

Labour party was supposed to be a masses\workers party where workers and common man can achieve their political dreams. Where this labour party leadership wants an average Nigerian worker to get N30m to purchase party form is a magic only the party leadership understands embarassed

Labour party is truly the party of the masses.
Fraudulent party
Even before the arrival of the
GBAJUE MOVEMENT
Labour party ticket was not in anyway close to half of that amount.
Immediately Mr Gbajue joined
Labour party became party for the ELITES .
Make una just dey play

I feel that N25 million for form and N5 million for expression of interest are much o. The amounts are beyond the reach of most Nigerians that are genuinely interested in vying for the governorship position.

everything get expiry date

people votes will count one day
we must continue till we get it right
the bad ones are not much

after 2007 election, AC won only state which was Lagos until court started giving them victory
na small small

if presidential election was held same day as governorship election, Labour party for them control at least 8 states today

the 3 places governorship election was held in the east, LP won squarely
Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi
if not for that INEC rec woman that stood her ground, they almost took Abia away from them too as dey did in enugu and ebonyi. it was the same way PDP took Osun. Etiki. and Ondo etc from AC in 2007 election despite AC strong presence in the SW
if not that Yaradua allowed due process, they wont have reclaimed those states

u guys talk as if it's dat easy to rig an election, look at imo state LP didn't win a single local government, that means it's candidate doesn't even have a stronghold....take kano for example they voted for d present governor in 2019 but inec did mago mago, that's how u knw cheating, but in d east u can't point to a single state where LP won authoritatively but was rigged out....

Governorship election is not for kids. It requires some serious financial muscle. Even if you win the primary elections where do you expect the party to get money to campaign with. Don't forget that party always pays its agents. Let's say there is 1000 polling units in Edo state, we all know it's ten times that though. Imagine paying at least 10k per polling until to your agents? That's already 10 million naira. Labour party in Edo State needs serious people with some money to make any reasonable impact.

On my opinion, the sum of 25 million naira is even cheap.
